Today, let's take a look at the fight against payment fraud.
The application of the 2015 Payment Services Directive still raises many questions from regulated players. The EBA is committed to answering them by publishing questions and answers on subjects that have not yet been stabilized.
Among the recurring themes of these questions/answers are open-banking, the application of strong authentication and fraud reporting. These are all points that could be reviewed, or even reinforced, in future versions of payment services regulations.
