3 steps to the perfect match

HR Interview
During this first interview, we get to know you, we introduce you to the firm and we take an interest in your background and experience to understand how we can work together.

Interview with an Oaklen Manager
The objective here is to assess your technical skills, your methodological abilities and your ability to summarise. At this point, you will carry out a case study and present your work to the Oaklen Manager.

This is also the time for you to ask us any questions you may have about our business and the life of a consultant at Oaklen to make sure it fits.

Meeting with an Oaklen consultant
This is a time for exchanging ideas with your future colleagues, allowing you to project yourself even further into the Oaklen atmosphere and your future professional life with us.

You meet an Oaklen consultant with a profile similar to yours, who will not necessarily be in your team.

If you get to this stage, we are well on the way to a match. Just the time to take stock of the situation between us and a few days later, we'll get back to you.
