Challenge

The world of retail is complex and full of issues and therefore opportunities to stand out and win over customers. In particular, retailers are faced with the challenge of delivering an optimal and seamless payment experience. User paths and architecture have been designed around a single gesture and channel to simplify the overall experience.
Improving the checkout experience relies on a heterogeneous ecosystem but guarantees the same end benefits to customers: a challenge successfully met by our client with the support of Oaklen Consulting.
