Customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing process is currently the focus of all retailers' efforts. When applied to payment for a luxury goods company, this translates into a very strong requirement in terms of customer experience: high performance, wide choice of payment methods, mobility, value-added services, etc.
After selecting Adyen as its preferred partner, this major House called on Oaklen to help it integrate and deploy this solution in the best possible conditions across all its locations.

Our methodology
The success of this type of project depends on a global knowledge of the payment ecosystem. Beyond the payment, the study of related processes helps define the best way to integrate the new solution.
Scoping
Understanding of the existing situation, needs and design of the solution based on workshops with finance, business, IT and the service provider. The impacts on the various applications and procedures are identified during this phase.
Construction
Steering the adaptation work of the client and the provider, both in terms of the solution and the procedures.
Pilot
Preparation and follow-up of the pilot. During this phase, the teams are mobilized to detect and correct incidents before the generalization of the solution. The deployment strategy is adjusted.
Deployment
Deployment of the solution in the different stores. Training of all stakeholders is organized and the project team sets up a high availability support system until the end of the project.
Crossed views
The implementation of a new payment solution is an opportunity to define new purchasing paths that it is important to anticipate during the scoping phase and during deployment by supporting customers and employees.

The deployment of a "core model" in several countries presupposes a certain degree of homogeneity of the related applications: collection, accounting, CRM, etc. The analysis of the existing system is therefore a crucial phase in determining the potential for pooling the new solution.
