Our methodology

The success of this type of project depends on a global knowledge of the payment ecosystem. Beyond the payment, the study of related processes helps define the best way to integrate the new solution.

Scoping

Understanding of the existing situation, needs and design of the solution based on workshops with finance, business, IT and the service provider. The impacts on the various applications and procedures are identified during this phase.

Construction

Steering the adaptation work of the client and the provider, both in terms of the solution and the procedures.

Pilot

Preparation and follow-up of the pilot. During this phase, the teams are mobilized to detect and correct incidents before the generalization of the solution. The deployment strategy is adjusted.

Deployment

Deployment of the solution in the different stores. Training of all stakeholders is organized and the project team sets up a high availability support system until the end of the project.
