Our methodology
Listening, co-construction, decision making to liberate collective intelligence.<br>We alternate coaching techniques and leadership in the process to bring out experiences and points of view and create the conditions for mutual listening. By relying on the collective thus mobilised, we stimulate the expression of proposals before provoking decisions.
Preparation
Capturing the weak signals of interactions between members of a group, sometimes with different needs and constraints, is a key step in optimising the running of a seminar. The resulting emulation is the basis of the emergence of ideas and the effectiveness of the convergence. To do this, we conducted numerous interviews.
Animation of the seminar
The animation of the seminar is the result of this preparation, conceived in close collaboration with the management team, which is in solidarity with the chosen approach. The aim of the workshop was to move the lines while respecting the Group's values and culture. The alternation of presentations, external insights and brainstorming allowed for the expression of very rich material.
Convergence
While the successful conduct of the workshop is a positive prerequisite for the success of the process, it is by no means sufficient. Convergence aims to stabilise choices, priorities and practical implementation methods. Resistance to change must be anticipated and ways of overcoming it must be worked out.
Decisions
The success of the process is measured by the capacity of the group to make decisions, to take ownership of them, to accept the change and to make the resulting commitments.
Crossed views
I like to listen to the participants in the diversity of their experiences, their feelings and their expectations. I use this perception and their strengths to co-construct with them the evolution of the operating and relational modes of the group.
Laure Lapeyronnie
Partner | Oaklen Consulting
Laure was able to accompany us successfully from the preparation to the implementation and the first laps of this new governance. She knew how to take the time needed to listen and to facilitate, to allow everyone to express their context, their fears and their expectations. Her support was essential to reach a consensus with so many different actors.
