Our methodology
The success of a project of this scale is linked to the choice of the project team, unfailing rigour in monitoring, a careful step-by-step approach and, finally, the transfer of knowledge to the actors in charge of production monitoring before deployment.
Selection of the project team
A project team comprised of specialists in the fields of proximity acceptance and e-commerce, reinforced by a project office, an IS architect and the client's CISO.
Adequacy of needs
Throughout the project, the accounting and trade finance teams were consulted to gather their needs and recommendations.
Securing the production
The methodology applied is based on a systematisation of the acceptance phases, virtual and real pilots accompanied by assessments before any deployment impacting the client's shops or e-commerce sites.
Change management
Particular attention was paid to the transition to run mode with the operations department in order to disseminate all the functional and technical knowledge before the production launches. An effort was also made to industrialise as many processes as possible in order to improve productivity once the new solution was deployed.
